Our Ripples co-ordinators are available to work with early childhood teams, leaders and communities in unique ways that best support your professional development needs, realising the vision and aspirations that are unique to your setting.
Professional Mentoring, Coaching, and Appraisal
Mentoring and coaching for both leaders and teachers in ECE services are all available to you through our Ripples Programme. A ripples facilitator can provide an external appraisal process for centre managers as well as assess evidence of teaching against the teacher practicing criteria. Ripples facilitators can provide ongoing support for both provisionally and fully certified teachers.
In-Centre Professional support and mentoring
A Ripples facilitator can meet with you and develop customised professional learning for leaders around areas such as licensing criteria, programme planning, self review, strategic planning, appraisal and more. The facilitator can assist you in designing robust systems that sit closely with your centre’s philosophy and long term visions.
Customised support and mentoring
A Ripples facilitator can meet with you and develop customised professional learning for teaching teams around areas that you have identified for review, including but not limited to, infant and toddler programmes, the environment and leadership.
For any of these options our facilitators can travel to you or you can make use of our purpose built conference room.
Tours of Massey Child Care Centre
